  • “Products” include educational materials, worksheets, educational toys, digital boards, RFID I-Cards, and similar items offered by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using our services or products, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or purchase our products.

3. Services Provided

  • The Company provides customized educational solutions, including:

    • School ERP systems tailored to client needs.

    • Learning Management Systems for schools.

    • Branded content customizations for educational use.

  • The scope, features, and deliverables for each service will be agreed upon prior to initiation.

  • Any additional requirements or changes post-agreement may incur extra costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Products Sold

  • All products sold by the Company are customized or made-to-order based on client approval after reviewing samples.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is processed for production or delivery. No refunds or returns will be entertained unless specified under the Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are always extra and are communicated during order confirmation.

  • The Company uses reliable courier partners, including Indian Post, DTDC, and Shiprocket. Delivery timelines depend on the chosen courier and destination.

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delays or incorrect deliveries.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services or the dispatch of products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment or delayed payment.

  • Accepted payment methods include online transfers, UPI, and other electronic payment systems.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, designs, worksheets, and branded content, remains the property of SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services or delivery of products.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before finalizing their orders.

  • The Company will not be held liable for delays or issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the services or products purchased by the client.

  • The Company is not liable for:

    • Delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Errors in delivery due to incorrect information provided by the client.

    • Losses incurred due to the misuse or improper use of our products or services.

10. Refund and Returns

  • Refunds and returns are governed by the Company’s Refund and Returns Policy. Clients are advised to review this policy before making a purchase.

11. Termination of Services

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without prior notice if:

    • The client violates these Terms and Conditions.

    • Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

    • Any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

  • If disputes remain unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

14. Modification of Terms

SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
