This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns will be managed for both services provided and products sold by SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP (“the Company”). The Company’s registered office is located at Block 35, Flat 202, VBHC Vaibhava, Near Nayara Petrol Pump, Byagadadenahalli, Chandapura-Anekal Road, Bangalore – 562106. By purchasing services or products from SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Refund and Returns for Services Provided

SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP provides specialized services such as:

  • School ERP for Schools,

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Schools,

  • Branded Content Customizations.

Refund Eligibility for Services:

  • Refunds will only be provided if:

    1. The service has not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed timeline.

    2. There is a significant discrepancy between the agreed scope of service and what was delivered.

    3. Technical or operational issues attributable to the Company make it impossible to deliver the service.

Refund Request Process:

  1. A refund request must be submitted in writing to support@sllearning.com within 15 days of the issue occurring.

  2. The request should include:

    • A detailed description of the issue,

    • Relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, contracts, communication records).

  3. The Company will review the request within 7 business days and communicate the resolution.

Refund Terms:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may be granted if part of the service has been successfully delivered.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed or satisfactorily delivered services.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Customizations, branded content creation, and consultancy services once delivered are non-refundable.


2. Refund and Returns for Products Sold

SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP sells education-related products, including but not limited to:

  • Worksheets,

  • Educational Toys,

  • Digital Boards,

  • RFID I-Cards.

Important Terms:

  • All products sold by the Company are made-to-order or customized based on the customer’s confirmation after reviewing samples.

  • Once an order is confirmed by the customer, it will be processed for production or delivery.

  • Due to this customized nature, no refunds or returns will be accepted for sold products.

Exceptions for Refunds or Returns:

Refunds or returns for products will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Defective Product:

    • If the product is found to be defective upon delivery.

    • The defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product.

  2. Damage During Transit:

    • If the product is damaged during shipping, evidence (photos, videos) must be provided at the time of reporting.

Resolution for Exceptions:

  • In cases of defect or damage, the Company will:

    1. Replace the defective or damaged product at no additional cost, OR

    2. Issue a store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping costs), at the discretion of the Company.

  • The customer must return the defective or damaged product in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Products:

  • Products delivered as per the approved samples and specifications.

  • Customized or personalized products, including RFID I-Cards, branded worksheets, and similar items.

  • Digital products such as e-worksheets or downloadable content.


3. General Provisions

Cancellation Policy:

  • For Services:

    • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the agreed start date of the service. Any advance payment made may be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • For Products:

    • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Governing Law:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.


SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying customers directly.
